MEASUREMENTS
HOW TO CORRECTLY TAKE MEASUREMENTS
You'll
notice that there are 27 measurements on this form. It is important
that you take all of them carefully.Take these measurements undressed.
WATCH VIDEO BELOW BEFORE MEASURING
WHAT YOU NEED A soft tape measure and four pieces of string/cord. The string or cord can be of any type easily found in the home
Measurements of the string/cord :
1 piece of cord for waist measurements, circa 100 cm
2 pieces of cord for neck measurements, circa 50 cm
2 pieces of cord for shoulder measurements, circa 70 cm
The string/cord is an easy way to precisely
measure otherwise difficult areas of the body. Have a friend help,
positioning the cord at navel height and making sure it is horizontally
aligned to the body.
Then position the second cord around the neck as if it were a necklace.
Take the last 2 cords and pass them under the armpits. It is very important that they are perfectly vertical to the body
IMPORTANT ! BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN TAKING THESE MEASUREMENTS !!DO NOT STRETCH THE CORD !!!
